Privacy policy
Last updated October 2026
This policy explains what happens to the information you share through Iris Lund's portfolio, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information you give me
When you send a message through the contact page, I collect what you enter: your name, your email address, your company or team if you add it, the topic you pick and your message.
How I use it
I use it only to read and answer your message and, if we decide to work together, to arrange that work. I never sell it, never add you to a mailing list and never share it with anyone else.
Emails
Your message reaches me as an email notification. Some emails sent from this website record when they are opened and which links are clicked, so I can tell whether messages arrive. Open counts are approximate, and they are never used to build a profile of you.
How long I keep it
I keep messages for as long as I need them to reply and to keep track of our conversation, and no longer than two years after we last spoke. Then I delete them.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you, correct or delete anything you have shared. Reply to any email from me, or write through the contact page, and I will take care of it.
